Characteristics:
Spray method: A: Continuous salt spray tester B: Batch salt spray tester.
The full detection system is adopted, and the light can be turned on when the fault occurs.
The whole machine is made of PVC plate, with a strong structure, never deformed, and acid and alkali resistance, high temperature resistance and never aging.
Adopt automatic/manual water filling system, with the function of automatic/manual water addition when the water level is insufficient, the test is not interrupted, and the water level is insufficient warning display.
The precision glass nozzle mist diffuses evenly and naturally falls on the specimen to ensure that there is no crystalline salt blockage.
The controllers are all on the same board, easy to operate and clear at a glance.
Comes with double temperature protection and insufficient water level warning to ensure safe use.
The inlet temperature controller has manual and fully automatic control mode, using digital display, PID control, error ± 0.1°C, and the maximum setting time can reach 999HrS.
The test chamber adopts steam direct heating method, which heats up quickly and uniformly, reducing the standby time.
The spray tower is equipped with a conical disperser, which has the functions of guiding the mist, adjusting the amount of mist and uniformly falling the mist.
The pressure barrel adopts Henry’s law to heat and humidify it, and provide the humidity required by the laboratory.
The upper cover of the test tank of the larger model is automatically opened and closed by the pneumatic cylinder, which is easy to operate and has good safety.
After the test is completed, it has an automatic defogging device, which can clearly observe the test products in the laboratory.

  1. Laboratory overtemperature indicator: If there is an overtemperature indicator light, it will be on.
  2. Laboratory water level indicator: If the laboratory water level is insufficient, this indicator light will be on.
  3. Test End Indicator: This light is on at the end of the test.
  4. Spray indicator: This light is on when spraying.
  5. Pressure barrel low water level indicator: If the pressure barrel water level is insufficient, this indicator light will be on.
  6. Pressure barrel overtemperature indicator: The pressure barrel overtemperature light is on.
  7. Pressure barrel temperature controller: control the temperature of the pressure barrel, standard temperature setting, salt water test 47°C, corrosion resistance test method 63°C, button ▽ to decrease, button △ to increase.
  8. Pressure gauge: The pressure shown by the indicator is the pressure reached by the air when it is heated by the saturated air drum and transmitted to the nozzle.
  9. Timer: Cumulative test time.
  10. Laboratory temperature controller: control the temperature of the laboratory, standard temperature setting, salt water test method 35°C, corrosion resistance test method 50°C, button ▽ for decrease, button △ for increase.
  11. Timer: The time required for the test can be set arbitrarily to end the automatic shutdown. (H: Time.) M: Minutes S: Seconds key “+” increases, button “-” decreases.
  12. Power switch: Press this switch to power on the machine and prepare for work.
  13. Operation switch: press this switch to power on the instrument and display the relevant parameters.
  14. Spray switch: press this switch to do a spray test.
  15. Chronograph switch: Turn on the timer to start the timer.
  16. Defogging switch: Press this switch to turn on the fogging switch, and the mist in the test room is forced to discharge.
